Financial Accountant
Intern
The company is a highly regarded and winning accounting firm which provides a range
of tax accounting and business services to both English speaking and Chinese speaking clients. The company is now opening opportunities for financial accountants for both intern and full-time positions.
Responsibilities

Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
-
Provide support in tax compliance

Participating in financial projects when required

Assisting requests from business stakeholders
-
Supporting month end processing and management reporting
-
Enter and validate accounting flows (both general and analytical) and complete
-
forms for third parties.

Ensure all standard monthly journals and accrual entries relevant to your balance sheet accounts are accurate and processed in a timely manner
-
Gain a solid understanding of all other balance sheet accounts and act as backup for other Financial Accounting team members in times of heavy workload or personal leave commitments
Requirements

Basic Microsoft skills

Excellent communication skill

Willingness and ability to learn

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or related field

Prior Finance, Accounting Internships or Experience with References

Have a good knowledge of accountants’ office software i.e. MYOB or similar would be an advantage
